User Experience Case Studies

From 2022-2024, I was Head of Design at Milli Bank. I led a team of UX designers and researchers responsible for all product experiences across our react-native mobile platform. Working closely with the content and product management teams, we drove the Milli customer experience to over 30,000 end-users.

From 2018-2021, I worked my way up to Lead Designer of the D3/NCR Banking platform. I was responsible for creating and maintaining our design system, new features and functionalities and driving product consistency. I also worked with other senior designers to help manage backlogs, timelines, and prioritization of incoming projects.

 

From 2016-2018, I was the Senior Designer at Buildertrend. I worked daily alongside the owners to ensure the user experience and brand consistency were maintained. I was responsible for the website experience, as well as the mobile and tablet login experiences, and the icon library.
